Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex and are 100% organic. Our balloons are biodegradable and decompose as fast as an oak leaf in your backyard. Latex comes from rubber trees and is collected by cutting the tree’s bark and then catching it in a cup, much like maple syrup. This harvesting technique does not hurt the tree. In fact, latex-producing trees can produce latex for up to 40 years. Now you can party hardy knowing your décor is not only chic but environmentally conscious.
All orders are custom made upon receipt. We strive to get your order out day-of but for larger orders, it may take 1-2 days for processing. We ship Priority Mail which is 2-3 days depending on your location. If you need your order to go out day-of, don't hesitate to CONTACT US.

If you selected in-store pickup and you ordered 11" balloons helium-filled, please plan on picking up on the day you need your balloons. Helium-filled 11" balloons will last 12-18 hours.
It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible, therefore it is possible that we won’t see a cancellation request until after an order ships. You may send a cancellation request HERE; however, we cannot guarantee we can honor the request. Should your order ship before the request is honored, we will process as a return. Please see our returns policy below.
Only one coupon code is valid per order. Free shipping is never automatically applied. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply coupons to your order, nor can we apply them to orders made before the discount was offered.

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping or international shipping. We ship USPS First Class to all locations in the United States.
We allow up to 30 days after receiving your package to qualify for a refund for returned items. All products must be returned uninflated, unused and in an unaltered condition. Please send us an EMAIL to let us know you are returning your order. Please be aware that all orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee as we hand-make your products. Upon receipt, we will reimburse your order less the restocking fee and the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Our goal is to "bring the joy." If you are not 100% happy with your product, EMAIL US and we will fix it. Parties are supposed to be fun and balloons should not be stressful.
MINI BALLOON QUESTIONS (does not apply to helium balloons!)
Yes, because we use a technique called double stuffing (which means we stuff one balloon inside another), this makes it too difficult to blow up the balloon with your lungs. The pump we offer is durable and dual-action, which means you pump air into the balloon with both compression and expansion motions cutting your pumping time in half. It's the real deal. Put it up against the $1 pump and you will be a believer in THE Pump.
We recommend making your luft creation anytime up to 2-3 days before your party for optimum balloon form.
If it’s really, really hot, balloons expand and pop. If it’s really, really cold, balloons shrink. So don’t use your LUFT BALLOONS on your outside door in winter when it’s -20 degrees.
The benefit of using air instead of helium is that your LUFT creations can last up to a month. Please note that the balloons will slowly lose air over time and while still inflated, they will not have the same vibrant look of the first week.

1. EMAIL // Fill out the form here and share as many details of your event as you can, including any inspiration photos. We will follow up within 24 hours with a general email about our process and things you/we need to know.
2. ON-SITE MEETING // After general scope is defined, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting where we can talk through the best options for an art installation as well as general pricing.
3. PROPOSAL // Within 3-5 business days of meeting on-site meeting, a propsal with a sketch and quote will be sent.
4. CONTRACT & INVOICE // After the design is approved, the contract and invoice will be sent. A 50% deposit is required up front to hold the date.
5. COLOR MOCKUP // Next you will receive a color mockup for approval.
6. INSTALL // Last step is to wait for the install and then ENJOY!
We need at least 7 business days to pull off your event. If you contact us between 5-7 days before your event, there will be an expedited fee. Lastly, we cannot accept any events happening within 5 business days.
Nope! We love spreading the joy. However, if the location is out of the City of Chicago, there will be an additional travel fee. Feel free to contact us as to learn more!
With regards to striking your install, 95% of the time the client or venue does strike. We provide directions and a tool to pop the balloons. It typically takes 20 minutes to strike.
